Chris Cormier - 1996 German Grand Prix Prejudging - VIDEO!!!

Chris was still a new pro with a few years in the IFBB. His aesthetics and conditioning was pretty damn good at this show. A lot of people say Chris was great, but didn't have any body parts that stood out. In my opinion, his quads were crazy separated and striated. He placed 7th at this contest.

didn't have any body parts that stood out...

Well, that's called symmetry. Chris had a great flow and knew how to peak.

Exactly, a bodybuilder with a strong body part that jumps out at you is a fault.

Chris had a nice symmetrical and flowing physique, but never had the WOW factor that the other guys in the 90's had imo.

Tragic what happened to him later in his career when he started using insane amounts of oil (like Flex and Nasser did) and his skull grew out of control):  :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X

His "oil usage" was in his final yrs of bbing, I believe those pics were in 2006 and maybe 07 when he was declining, injuries, and soon retired after

He's more complete than a lot of the 90's guys, had a good back, and dbb, legs, calves and vacuum pose

Had height too compared to others close to 5'10

Saw Cormier in the spring and he's back up in weight, not that "small" anymore

What is that, impromptu guest posing?

Dude, you know he had a serious spinal infection and couldn't even walk for a while, right? He always looked good even in his final shows...

He suffered a pretty nasty tricep tear which might have been why he ultimately called it a day... can't remember
