He didn't put the picture in the yearbook, he didn't create the page, he wasn't the editor that approved it, or the teacher responsible for publishing it and distributing it to students. The teacher responsible for the yearbook should be fired. Red Mountain High School is using him as a scapegoat instead of taking any responsibility! Cases like this can become a slippery slope. If it was okay for him to do this, when and where does it cross the line to where its illegal and inappropriate? Thus, they keep the law constant across all cases--don't expose yourself. Case closed. The stringent nature of this law does not allow people to find legal loopholes in the law, i.e., well, this person exposed himself and didn't get in trouble, so how is my case much different? Why can't I do it?
