Someone is buried up to his eyeballs in it.  No one on the beach is even noticing, which is disturbing.  He must have been a total pansy.

I have a friend in high school that was an asshole, went we would cruise about for chicks and parties in my mustang, he would throw his fast food drinks/shakes into people's windows. He love to do it to convertible drivers.
