Here's what happens, she doesn't drop out.  There is no chance unless she is in a coma.  They won't admit it without irrefutable evidence.  They propped up Gabby Giffords in Arizona for months or more even though she was mentally incapacitated.

Just to play the game though, if she did drop out because of health reasons then it still would not matter.  It would be obvious that any of the replacements (like Biden) who would be very high ranking Ds would have been part of the game to pull the wool over the eyes of the voters.  They'd lose massivley.  Remember the whole Monica Lweinsky thing broke in 1998 AFTER Bubba had already been re-elected.  If it had been out and proven before the election he would have lost.

You know it doesn't matter what you say about Hillary, you know that falls on deaf ears for her core supporters, but she has very low turnout and low excitement, so she won't be able to climb past that base.  Trying to damage Trump and drive down his support is the only way you can get her elected.
