Looking to gain mass and strength.
« on: October 11, 2016, 08:43:20 PM »
Exercise, eat well, sleep well.  - Got it.

I've read through some, and found this. I want to be sure I am reading this right and checking to see if it's still considered good methodology.

Ursolic Acid in powder
DAA + Erase
Recompadrol + NA-R-ALA  (Unable to find Recompadrol anywhere for sale.)
Whey / Creatine / BCAA's

For the purpose of gaining some size, strength and hardness, is this a good recipe?

TIA

I ordered some DAA, but not the Erase. Yet anyway. I'm not sure I need the Affinity Inhibitor since I am not gearing up as of now. Does this make sense, or should I get the Erase too?

I got some Ursolic Acid as well.

I appreciate any response from anyone knowledgable in this. I am grateful for the info on here steering me away from emptying my wallet on other products. These I just ordered are cheap enough I can manage, and it sounds like it is the raw ingredient for many things sold in stores anyway. I prefer this approach. Still I have much to learn.

I don't know if it's my imagination or if it's genuine. But after only a few short days, I think I am noticing some benefit with the DAA and Ursolic.

Veiny and a little more aggressive during my workouts.

Ursolic is truly disgusting. Poopers are like green dragon poops. Not so bad though.

I'll give it a month and see how things go.
