This should be his plan. Stop all the fucking drugs. All the bodybuilding and recreation drugs are done. He will be sick from stopping the drugs but it needs to done. Start off walking fast and build up to running. Do cardio minimum 5 days a week. I'm not talking about bodybuilding cardio where you waddle on a treadmill like a fat cow.  His lifting should be strict and limited.  Maybe 2 to 3 whole body routines a week.

Sorry for the bump, but didn't want to start yet another King K thread...

Just wanted to point out that he now appears to be shopping some of his pics. Actually, the term 'shopping' doesn't really apply in this case as it's just a width reduction, but someone has clearly 'fiddled' with the pic in some way... (anyone have any idea what that little artefact on his left shoulder might be?)
 
I can only assume that it's because he wants his face to appear slimmer or something....  He also seems to struggle with lighting them properly.  So just to help him out I thought I'd correct it...

Looks like an arm - possibly from someone on a stepper machine directly behind him.
Though that's just from looking at pic - I have no idea if pic has been tampered with
maybe one of the experts can comment.
