Im 37 225lbs at 23% bf. Train 4-5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 times a week for atleast 30 minutes following weight training. I'm looking to get into the low teens on bf%
I am running 750 sust, and 300 tren per week and 50 winny ed
Below is my current diet. Please give your advice. Thanks

#1 7:00 Breakfast  Protein 24g 590 Calories 49g carbs
    4 Whole eggs
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 slice wheat toast

#2 10:30 Snack  Protein 30g 404 Calories 45g Carbs
    1 large banana
    O.N. protein shake (Isolate)
    1oz Almonds

#3 12:00 Lunch Protein 43g 360 Calories 26g Carbs
    5oz Chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice
    veggies (asparagus, broccoli, or carrots)

#4 2:30 Pre Workout (Go at 4:30) Protein 46g 535 Calories 535 27g Carbs
    6oz Sirlion
    5oz Sweet potato
    veggies (asparagus, broccoli, or carrots)

#5 6:30 Post Work out Protein 48g 300 Calories 35g Carbs
    Rice cake w/ peanut butter
    2 scoops of ON protein shake in water

#6 8:00 Dinner Protein 30g 606 Calories 52g Cargs
    6oz Ground Turkey
    1 cup brown rice
    veggies (asparagus, broccoli, or carrots)


Totals: 221g Protein, 2795 Calories, and 234g Carbs
On non training days I will cut approx 500 calories and 52g of carbs
