Obviously you've never lost a huge amount of weight. I have, on and off steroids. Both are very different. I would gain 90 pounds for powerlifting/highland games. Dieting on steroids is very different then dieting AND LOSING MUSCLE without steroids.
Chris was doing nothing. No steroids, no lifting. Thats what happens when priorities change. He tried rap, it didn't work out.
