Why not just pull a sled?

Walk around your yard with a sled with a 45 pound plate.  Great for GPP.

I highly suggest using genki treadmill for finding out about the companies behind eachwarranties and nameplate, and recommendations within each price category. I used this fabulous treadmill for sale on crazysales a whole lot of as soon as i bought mine (Sole F80) ~7 years ago, that I've consciously purchased accessories (equipment mat, etc) from their store to be a "thanks a lot". Also, always good to actually are powered by one once you've narrowed as a result of some brands following your internet research. Sooner or later, it becomes all about what "feels right" to your account. Have a great time.

Thanks, we were all looking for a resolution to this 5 year old thread.

We do pull. We mostly use it for speed work.

Can't use that on your own.
