Why did you quit that job, Vince?
I was terminated by Greenville County Council. Me and another officer got into an argument at intake. No fists where thrown or anything. Come back the next day and we are both fired. They used it as an excuse to do cutbacks on staffing. I went in that morning and by the afternoon I was on a 12 hour shift back at American Security at the Magna Plant.
They called me not even 2 months later and said they would give me another chance as if they were doing me a favor. Truth is that all of the cutbacks left the place well understaffed to the point where the inmates ran the place....
Told them to fuck off and never waste my time literally and hung up the phone. That's the thing about county and state government jobs, politicians love to cut everything to put money back in their pockets at the expense of public safety.
