Possibly other people are, but they also continue to be in the minority, both citywide and statewide, just as they are where you live. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the homes in West Linn's gated communities, so I live on one of the well traveled roads.

Possibly. I didn't and I also don't recall that being the phrase folks voiced. Controversial is the term that comes to mind. Either way, I believe it cost her the election. In effect, HRC did Trump a favor as did Comey. Those were neither Clinton's nor Comey's most admirable moves.

Orders for machinery and materials are definitely flowing in. I just tried to buy a piece of equipment and if it’s not one that’s on the lot, it’ll be January at the earliest it’s ready. Heavy equipment auction prices are going up due to supply/demand. Hopefully another bubble isn’t forming.
