it must be a character flaw because rich successful people arn't suppose to behave like shawn and bob chick behave.  it's ok for 240 to act like trailer trash because he's a nobody who's been to like one show,  those two(bob chick and shawn) are expected to act like professionals.

I agree with this.  He does say what is on his mind which I do like too. Unlike Shawn who avoids such things.  He has done so many questionable things Shawn avoids all controverysy even thogh everyone knows the truth.  He just won't admit it himself.
