It seems he wants to run low androgenic aas high anabolics. 

Try 250/300 TestE/TestC 600 Deca Eq 600 PrimoE (too much money and oil for that i would skip it) 600 and Anadrol or Dbol or Winstrol or Superdrol.

It will take forever to see deca and eq kicking but you can raise them every 4-6weeks... don't touch TestE.

Better off using 100mg test a week, 50mg tren a 3x a week, 10mg proscar/day and 10mg femara/day and chemically casterate yourself.
