Must be an easy lift for you with those fat, I mean, massive guns of yours.

I did narrow grips today with 225 and got 27 but I also weighed in at 246.My arms are far from fat.

225 is pretty strong for anyone even close to that body weight.  A set of 10 is very impressive.  Maybe not world class, but very very good.  Wait, how tall are you?

Wrestler in high school benched 365 at 160lbs. Dude was a sophomore and I was a freshman. Had ashma and used prednisone as well.

Same day I got burried by a 225 smith machine squat. Lol

Probably puts you in the top 1% of 165ers. Of course your height matters here. If you are 5 ft at 165 you would be pretty thick.

I recall something about his personality.

If he's figjting, is rather have him train both low rep/speed/explosiveness and high-rep endurance shit that translates to figjting. Which would not include close grip benching unless its with an ez curl bar.

He's gotta remember "if young train slow, you play slow".

I'd rather see *BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM* reps out of a fighter.

Like Rob said and a few others also -it's VERY GOOD STRENGTH, most of the guys bashing you or making stupid comments couldn't flat bench 225 x 10, let alone close grip it x 10

dave palumbo said bodybuilders only hire coaches because they are insecure and need somebody to groom their ego

Why do you need to change anything?

What are you looking to do next that is being blocked by your current behaviors?

i hope you mean physically and not mentally/emotionally with relationships coz i could write a novel on that ;D

physically i want to improve my boxing skills and maybe even increase my conditioning even more, meaning boxing conditioning, but conditioning training really sucks ass and id much rather work on punching and especially footwork

and yep, i do the bodybuilding training to keep my look, but actually i think that id keep my look just doing functional training

Mentally, no....couldn't care less.

But, if you were planning on actually boxing etc.....I was just curious.  I know you tested well on running in the past, so I was curious if you were planning on competing in anything.   Sounds like you're just upping the training intensity.
