UFC has a lot of fighters with bodybuilding as their main discipline. Car washing is a close second.

I would love you to come to any of the two jiu jitsu places by me. They love taking on a challenger coming to their dojo, especially bodybuilders.
First of all, I am a POWERBUILDER. Understand the distinction. I am strong as an ox and I think nothing of grabbing some Brazilian greaseball's arm and twisting it so hard he'll be shrieking like bitch. He'll be talking about it as the fight of his life for the next thirty years. To me it will be forgotten the day after tomorrow.

Do BJJ practitioners shoot doubles ???

Yes they do-I am a  BJJ black belt around 220 and always trained weights -BJJ without good wrestling or Judo is very weak-thats how its getting these days and not for the better-so that and an injury I dont train it as much and concentrate on clinch and striking more-and getting back on your feet-back in the day takdeowns were very important-pulling guard or falling on your back is not good in a real fight..it got too sport oriented with stupid impractical techniques-wrestlers with some submission skills usually smoke a pure bjj guy

One of the gyms I go to has various classes like CrossFit, Zumba, Pump and they also started Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes taught by this oily looking Brazilian guy. Basically I don't give a fuck about classes and juice bars and all the other shit they sell to the average wimps. I'm all free weights. I go in, push heavy iron and leave. So one night I'm over at the flat bench banging out set after set, and a couple of the BJJ students coming out of class came over and watched. They wanted to know how I got to be so big and strong. So I'm running down my diet and various routines for them when the BJJ instructor comes storming over and orders them to get away from me, that big muscles don't help, it's all about leverage blah blah blah. So I look at this clown in his blue pajamas and his black belt and I laughingly remind him that it's guys like me that frightened him into Jiu-jitsu to begin with. The students start laughing at him and he starts to melt down. He challenges me to come into his dojo and spar. We go in and he goes into his bullshit stance and tries to look tough. I just stand there smirking. He lunges at me trying to do a double leg take down. That's when I grab him, pick him up and bodyslam him. Now he doesn't even know where he is and I grab him again and outmuscle him,  tossing him around like a ragdoll. He's pretty well fucked up by now and tries a couple of more moves, each time he just gets slammed to the mat again. Then he stops and just sits on the mat, realizing that his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is useless against a real man.

you should have given him a lesson in bbj, make him blow you wearing his pretty blue dress

BJJ is worthless in the real world. Only a moron would think otherwise.

As a wing chun practioner and having grades in lau gar and jujitsu I'd attack the leading leg. Working at keeping a big guy off balance and doing some serious damage bridging that gap into punching range,,,,,,, it is my go to technique for the street ,,, it opens up the top line quite dramatically as a big guy like Tunza Musckle tries to (and fails) defend against it.

Agreed.
if going to the ground in a street fight, anyone else can just kick you in the head or body when you down especially from a group.

Bounced in Detroit bars for years.  Plenty of fights to see...what happens 9/10 times is two idiots flail windmill fists until one of the miraculously lands and drops the other guy.
Then everyone watching jumps around like idiots for a few seconds yelling "ooohhhh," "dayummmm!" or "you got knocked the fuck out!"

If the fight goes to the ground it just turns into a clusterfuck with both fighter's friends kicking (the air mostly) until everyone scrambles off

Most fights I've seen involve two people throwing punches until one guy slips & falls to the ground and the other falling on top of him.  A solid punch that connects and knocks someone down and out is a rarity

Idk I am no street fighting badass, perhaps ESFitness could tell us best practices for these situations

Reminds me of the story when Titus crushed a UFC fighter.
