he did press 405...
in a flex issue with him and chris training....
he did for a single...
...
not lockin out keeps the tension on the muscle which makes the movement harder...because ur muscle fatigues quicker
you were there and saw him press 405? believe me if he had to do a full range of motion his reps would decrease, realistically Ronnie could shoulder press 315 for 8 for full reps which is amazing in and of itself.

i do remember that issue Ronnie was training wearing sunglasses indoors and they were doing the presses in the power rack, i'm just realistic about people's poundages, you make it sound as if 315 for 8 is weak or something.

he doesnt have a stronger bench than ronnie...
ronne benched405 for 12
 and495 for 5

405 for 12 on incline
405 for 12 on decline...

rlevrone has never benched more than ronnie on video..
so how do some people arrrive at the conclusion that he has a stronger bench

and also not forget 2 weeks out from mr olympia 200

ronne pressed 200lb dumbels 12 reps
on flat and 200 for 8 on incline
....
end of discussion

on BFTO 2002 kevin flat benched 405 for 12 easy reps with a full range of motion about 7 days out from the O

no he didn't, he benched 405 for 10 on flat, 405 for 8 on inclines and 405 for 10 on decline, i think that Levrone, Cormier and Dennis James are all stronger than Ronnie on pressing movements but Ronnie has them by far on squats, leg press, deads, rows.

Don't forget, there are pictures of Dennis James doing 595 for 3 on the incline press.

i just saw Dennis's video and he inclines 500 for 3 reps with a spotters one hand on the bar pulling, he couldn't have been taking any more than 20-30 pouinds off the bar, he also did 405 for 8.

i think it's safe to say he meant 3,000mg. or 3 grams which is a lot but not unheard of for a pro bb'er.

That was a silly joke on my part. Yes 3000 mg would make much more sense.  ;D

I don't see why everyone drools over Ronnie all the time. In every video I've seen, he does partial reps on upper body exercises. His 800 lb squat wasn't even close to parallel. Take either of these idiots off their gigantic drug stacks and they're pretty average.
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
