had a few problems with teardrop area, apparently the teardrop atrophies quicker than the outer quad causing the knee to pull out of line (physio told me this)

I only use light weight on legs but am increasing the poundage as of late
As i sayb(or used to say) prolly 10x veryday. "KNEEs OUT!!!! When you squat.
Feet mostly str8, maybe allow for 15° of outward pointing toes.. Even on close or midium stamce squats or eveneg press if you want to focus on quads, esp tears drops/vastus medialis. You want to create torque in the hip flexors... Initially this will bring the vastus medialis into play a lot more... At least until you learn to squat with your ass and hamstrings /hips. You wanna try squaring or Leo press with your shins vertical as possible, instead of shins leaning forward (knees moving forward towards toes) .
... Maybe you Already know this//do this... I dunno. If so, other guys may benefit from reading it.
