Ron, I know your Jewish but come on now.  The money is and can only be used by Palestine for humanitarian aid.  That's why Congress has been approving the funds since the 80's.  Palestine has no combat aircraft, no tanks, no navy, about 50 armored vehicles if you can call pickup trucks with sheet metal on them, and some old ass rocket launchers.  If that money has been used for the military, then they are getting ripped off.  



Honestly, I wish both Palestine and Israel quit bullshitting and attacking each other and rather have a peace treaty among each other.  There's been way too much fighting and neither parties are right or wrong.  I'm not even sure what's worse....Palestine shooting rockets indiscriminately into Israel in violation of international law or Israel calling up homes telling them that they have 10 minutes to clear out before blowing up their homes.  Its ridiculous and just plain sad at how people treat each other

The first of the two draft orders, titled “Auditing and Reducing U.S. Funding of International Organizations” and obtained by The New York Times, calls for terminating funding for any United Nations agency or other international body that meets any one of several criteria.
