Welp...since heads of law enforcement are pretty well connected around the country and he did say he was told by law enforcement in Chicago I would assume he's right or are you saying that was scripted interview specifically for FOX News. That being said, are you also saying that it's not the city or states governments fault and it all local law enforcements fault because parts of Chicago is a war zone?
I didn't say it was only law enforcement. Please show where I said that. Policies dictated by government can surely cause problems or help.
Did I not even say that Trump should work with the Governor first then as a group work with the local government and law enforcement? I'm pretty sure I typed that.
As far as Clarke is concerned. I have no doubt that anyone who shows up on TV for any interview has some motive, and since it isn't his locality that he's speaking of, I'm sure he is making some things up.
"Connected"? They aren't connected. Individual agencies have their own policies.
Do they talk at times, sure, but you can't go around telling other agencies what your agency does specifically because that is against most policies. Some things you are against the rules to talk about.
So I am pretty sure that Clarke may know "some" things about what is going on in Chicago, but to act like he "KNOWS" what the problems are is him being dishonest.
