Talk to the governor and have him start working things out.... I'm not saying don't get involved, but you can't send in the military. You want to start a civil war? That's how you do it.

Work with the locality. Start looking at community policing again. That was how the large crime drop of the 90s started making big strides.

Just a couple of ideas, but yes, you have to work with the local government, police and city. You can not just send in troops. That's insanity.

I didn't say it was only law enforcement. Please show where I said that. Policies dictated by government can surely cause problems or help.

Did I not even say that Trump should work with the Governor first then as a group work with the local government and law enforcement? I'm pretty sure I typed that.

As far as Clarke is concerned. I have no doubt that anyone who shows up on TV for any interview has some motive, and since it isn't his locality that he's speaking of, I'm sure he is making some things up.
