I'm leaving for Dallas in about 4 hrs, and me and my travelling partner will def. stop by Metroflex in Arlington to work out, and obviously see if we can "run into" Ronnie, Branch, or Jonnie. Any body ever been there?

And we don't want to look like wide-eyed tourists who are stargazing. any body know if those guys are approachable. (Well I know Jonnie is, cuz I did in Venice last year.) Any advice?

Yea...I have family in the D.F.W area...I was there this past September.

It's about a 30 minute drive from the Lewisville area. On the otherside of Texas Rangers stadium.

Just go in and tell the owner Brian you are from out of town and want to train...he let me train for free. I saw Ronnie there once...he's kind of reclusive and shy...dont even bother him let him train. If anything wait until he is FINISHED training then ask to take a pic...dont be gawking. It shows no class. Just a tip!

Ya when he is busting out some flys go over and tap the dumbell when he is about all the way down so he stops.... When he gets up if he doesent tear a pec ask him what kind of form you should use and some INCLINE flys.......

I live in Dallas and have been to there a few times and have never seen any of them. It is a experience to work out there though. Some times it is crowded.

Well I just got back from working out at Metroflex, and it was pretty cool. That bitch is hard to find. Lot of good stuff jammed into a really small place. Too bad i didn't get to see Ronnie. The owner said he usually comes in Fridays but is lazy and likes to sleep in.

Dallas night life is pretty tight too. I might have gotten a good workout if i didn't feel like shit from last night.
