Ronnie coleman 2003 is the greatest combination of size and condition to ever grace a bodybuilding stage and that is what made ronnie the greatest of all time.

Either scenario, Ronnie wins.... based on Sergio weak rear double bicep pose. Also, Ronnie has more cuts & striations
I think if Sergio was competing during Ronnie's time, his body would reflect the standards of that time---along with his genetics. So, his back would be up to par, with a wasp waist, better conditioning (using a guru and better nutrition). They had the same work ethic in terms of lifting (both Sergio and Ronnie are proponents of half reps on the bench and also heavy weights).

A good match up would he if Bertil Fox was competing in Ronnie's era. How would he fair---would be bring his back up?

Ronnie had freakier biceps, Sergio had fuller lateral and long head of the triceps. But, he was injured in one of them (correct?) hence the one looking kinda shortened.

Ronnie would leave Phil for dead NO doubts about it , It's not open for discussion. Anyone who says otherwise is a troll or a fucking moron.

ND where do you think phil would place among 90's greats like flex, shawn, nasser, and Mr. Levrone?

He'd beat Shawn , I doubt he would beat Flex or Kevin at their best

Cutler sucked as a Mr. O and nobody has been ever as good as Ronnie except for maybe Arnold taking the different decades into consideration of course.

what about nasser?

i have developed a new appreciation for nasser, by himself his physique is far from pretty but when compared against those guys from the 90's his size was very overwhelming

He would have trouble with Phil from the back , Phil's back is great not as good as Yates & Ronnie , but his BDB is outstanding

Sergio is all about the lats to waist ratio, while having the mass to hold his own with Schwarzenegger. Not too many bbers can do that.

Shawn at his best is hard to beat, he did place 2nd twice to Dorian in a tough era

He would give Phil a hard time and I think he would have beaten Phil at least once through his 6 title runs

Blah, blah, blah...Ronnie and Haney are better than Yates.

This.

Dorian was great from the back, but in general  blocky and arms flexed or relax were pretty much same ,

I do believe Jay at his prime was way better than Dexter though

Shawn, Flex, Kevin all have better stage presence than Phil. Shawn was classical, yet confident. Flex was cocky ( that episode at the 97 Arnold with Nasser) and used his shape when he was not in condition. And Kevin got the audience pumped. They had better showmanship than Phil does. And that counts for something.

No one was saying Ronnie wasn't the most muscular human ever, but structure wise he's far from balanced, bodybuilding used to be a combination of structure symmetry overall shape, this is what separates eras, Ronnie had no calves huge quads, too big for his hamstrings, long huge arms a long chest and short abdomen, he overcame all these flaws with outrageous size and pumping truck loads of oil into his calves.

Yates only ever displayed his best once ever and it was 93 post that year, he lost his gut and balance. Heath would beat every version of Wheeler except for Ironman arnold 93, he to never looked that good ever again, Shawn ray was more consistent than anyone else from the era, just wasn't quite good enough.
