I'm not going to pull up the entire case but I'll leave you with this. If he's was apart of the KKK or a leader why would he aid in the sentencing of a KKK member to the death penalty in the murder of a black man? Clearly dereliction of duty on her behalf. Trumps executive order clearly could have used more vetting to remove the gaps before it was issued, but it was still within the law, despite the gaps affecting ppl with green cards, etc. It's not her job to disagree with the policy/reasons for implementation, but to uphold the law.

Trump clearly wants to make a good impression on his supporters by acting quickly to implement his campaign promises. Ideally, he should have waited until he had all his cabinet appointments in place though.
