since i broke my damn foot i've lost nearly 5 pounds in two weeks, and these past two weeks i havent trained squats coz i can't due to the fucking goddman foot
do you think that near 5 pound bodyweight lose came from the stoppage of leg training?
2 nights ago i ate 2 big meals at mickeyd's double quater pounder wit cheese and extra large fry and extra large coke, 2 of each, which is well over 3 grand calories, ate all dat in one sitting
