since i broke my damn foot i've lost nearly 5 pounds in two weeks, and these past two weeks i havent trained squats coz i can't due to the fucking goddman foot

2 nights ago i ate 2 big meals at mickeyd's double quater pounder wit cheese and extra large fry and extra large coke, 2 of each, which is well over 3 grand calories, ate all dat in one sitting

Yes. Doesn't matter how much you ate after you stopped leg/ass training. You'll just shit most of it out. Instead of some of that shit (nutrients) staying in your legs/ass (5lbs worth), it just came out of your ass instead. That's how it works.
I've actually been thinking about making a shit + bodybuilding related thread..

i lose muscle rather quickly if i don't train a muscle group, after bout one week in of not training a muscle i can still hold it's size, but after 7-9 days or so i start losing it
