All hair splitting aside, I think it's important to eat things that you like.
If you can find a bunch of relatively healthy foods, try cooking them at home, and try seeing if they can align somewhat with the general macro breakdown you should be hitting, you're wayyyyy ahead of the curve.
So many fatasses try counting calories, hitting very rigid macro breakdowns, meal prepping shitty meals, etc, and they all fail. I just try cooking at home, eat somewhat healthy (although I never compromise taste for health - food should taste amazing) and eat infrequently (intermittent fasting). I'm under 10% body fat year round and I never have an unhealthy relationship with food, never have to deprive myself, never eat baked or boiled chicken breasts or any bullshit like that. Just eat tasty food, people. You'll be happier.
