come on now for his age I think the guy looks pretty good. Especially from what we know about the kidney.


Apparently he only trains arms once a month so the rest of his body can catch up.  This is simply what I heard from one of his youtube videos now that he is training for the mens physique

What about the alchool used to sterilise the injeting oil? Isn't it toxic in the amounts he use?
