here's my previous condition and i plan to have the same condition but even better pecs, delts and arms

i'm doing bb training with constant tension reps up to a count of 4, pause for a count of 2 if it's a contacted position and then down for a count of 4, for 3-6 reps

today i did barbell curls in this fashion with 45 kg for 4 reps, and the goal is 60 kg for 3-6 reps

here's my current strength levels and my goal strength levels on 4 exercises

bench to neck: 65 kg for 3 (80-90 kg)

fly: 22 kg for 3 (32-36)

barbell curl: 45 kg for 4 (60-70)

barbell skull 💀; 35 kg for 3 (50-60)

just wrapped up pecs and up I go 😎

benches up from 65 k for 3 to 70 k for 3

fly up from 22 k for 3 to 26 k for 3

yeah it's easier as all the weights are set in kg

what sucks is that they don't have any 38 or 40 kg bells so you gotta jump from 36 straight to 42 BRUTAL

but first I gotta get my fly to 36 before I have to worry about it
