Mentzer had a really lackluster chest, especially when he was overdieted. Flat and disappeared.

The generation is different...  nowadays all BBs standing on stage have very high muscle mass and huge body!  for example tennis, many ppls like Steffi Graf rather than serena williams, because steffi is not power type player.  however, it is past tense!
