You guys are forgetting that Badell is taking Gakic. That has to count for something, add a multi-vitamin and meg dose of Vitamin C and he could win it all.

Remember he called out Ron at the O, so he means business. Then he went out and won the Arnold....wait a minute.

Hey buddy! I am blessed with a well above average frame of mind when it comes to training. I attack the weights and the muscles scream in agony. That is the secret me and mr. Federov share together. :)

Hahahaha I think living in america makes russians smaller except for me. All the guys going to my gym and there are at least 30 russian not one of them have even close to my built.

Alex I live in Brooklyn, one of the largest Russian communities anywhere (Brighton Beach). Some of those girls have biggers arms than you, but that is not saying much.
