Reverse dieting/keeping lean after a cut

I am 5 weeks away from finishing a 16 week cut. Pretty pleased with my progress so far. I want to stay lean though rather than gorge myself on crap so I will very slowly over a period of time up my cals, and my new diet will overall be an improvement anyway. (more nutrient dense). Whereas in the past Ive almost suffered from an eating disorder after a cut and gorged almost uncontrollably. For those of you that have done this how did you get on?
