ITS all about timing and the era that you compete in,overall Arnold is the champ onstage between these 2,arnold in his peak had a more peaked build than lou,but then Arnold quit and so did lou so head to head in the 80 mro maybe a freakier lou could have shook things up ,then Arnold leaves again and his movie build was at times very good to ok and smaller and lou's build was awesome at times'hercules'that could have rivaled arnolds look at least chest/arms/traps for sure...lou was one of the best over 6 foot plus builds there was,
