Like it or not we're in three party system two of which are almost one in same. The Dem/Communists and the Republicans. The third being Conservatives. It was the Conservatives that wanted the true repeal and replace. Although anything (including the failed bill that I'm glad failed) was still better than the shit show of Obamacare. At least the repealing of the mandate was in there.
