reports of 150k chinese troops assembling on the NK border came from a newspaper in SK and has simply been blindly repeated by dozens of western media outlets. even if true they won't be there to threaten NK. if china ever does get involved militarily it will be on the side of NK not against.  

china wants a strong NK. how do you think NK got nuclear weapon capability in the first place? china is it's greatest ally.

and if you look how the US "deals" with regimes they don't like Nk are doing the smart thing by continuing with their nuclear program.
