Thoughts on this beyond mere willpower? 

No plans to actually take anything, just mostly curious what's out there?  I know there are the various OTC stimulant mixtures.  I've also heard that GHB creates a sort of "I just don't care about eating" effect as a dietary supplement which I thought was interesting.  Not so much a suppressant of the urge, more an indifference.  I always thought that sounded more promising.

Curious to hear anyone's experiences.

Ghb made me hungry, as dis opiates. Sri.plants like ephedrine kill appetite.  One of the reasons I don't use them. Including pre-workout drinks.

All ephedrine based drugs do this.  However, there is a rebound hunger effect when the drug wears off.

I tried this a few times too.  Nicotine does work, but it doesn't work as well as the E and it made me very dizzy.

Ma Huang is a plant that Ephedrine is derived from. Biological Ephedrine.
Never tried pharmacy product but what I've gathered is that while not as potent as synthetic version
it gives you a longer energy curve.
I think that Ma Huang became illegal at the same time when ephedrine did?

All appetite suppressants are stimulants to some degree, their sympathomimetic effects on the gastrointestinal system are what lead to reduced hunger.  It would be very nice to have a sympathomimetic drug that is specific to the GI tract only, but for now it seems like ephedrine & amphetamines are the best options available.

The other way to control hunger is by keeping your stomach full of low/no-calorie foods, like green vegetables & fiber.  Metamucil caught on to this and has been promoting their fiber supplements as "appetite control"
