having met and talked with mike several times at the golds venice i can say he doesnt wear a rug. make up yes but a wig no. is he natural? dont know for sure. he claims so. he is a nice guy and helps others out often at the gym with spotting and advice etc. he doesnt look like he uses when you see him in person. hes not freaky huge. nice build could be obtained with the right genetics.

i didnt say mike didnt use something to help or stay cut. i said he didnt use steroids or appear to. being 250 lbs? i dont think so. he might go 220 on a good day. 7 percent? possible but hes not gonna be there at 250. you can use eca clen etc and still claim "natural" ( natural meaning no anabolic steroids) hell alot of guys use coke to get ripped. still natural. lol. and no im not saying mike does.  he does train hard and heavy. unlike alot of the pros who use light weight and i dont mean light for them i mean light for an elderly 90 year old lady!!! lol.

223 was the ideal weight, so you're off.  Mike is completely  natural. I see better built teens hustling on the streets playing 5 gallon bucketss as drums.

no clen doesnt 'build" that. busting his ass in the gym built that. and again i didnt say he took clen. he denies steroid use. seems alot people think you cant build muscle unless your using drugs. i have seen alot of guys who never workout they smoke drink use other stuff  and look like they are bodybuilders ( lean ones not huge and bloated). if you have the right parents you can be big and muscular without drugs. people now just want to start out on drugs and soon as they join a gym. build a base. go as far as you can naturally then when your done add in some drugs to get bigger.  people want it now! local shows guys using more than pros!! but back to mike. i think he is "natural" . as far as steroids are concerned.
