Fuck no.... Phil is a genetic marvel but there were many of those close to or at his level back in the '80s and early '90s, many of which we never mention anymore or even remember. He simply dominated in a period where there was very little competition.

I still think he looked the best early on.

His two greatest challenges as champ have been an old Dex and a fruit rapist.

Phil gets a lot of flack but the truth is he was the best on stage every Olympia. The last 5 years nobody is looking good/stellar/aesthetic. It's what on stage that day. If you take him back to the Shawn Ray/Flex Wheeler/Kevin Levrone days he gets annihilated.

He should get kudos for what he has accomplished in this sport.
