Bought some hcg overseas. It got shipped too me in about ten days. Does the freeze dried vial need to refrigerated or frozen? It didn't come in a cold pack could it be ruined?

Also what's the best way too mix it so I can get 250-500 iu a shot. I got two vials of 5000 iu.

Freeze dried hcg can be stored at room temp. Only need fridge after it's mixed
