Googled it and read some pieces in his book.. Dude brags about molesting some 13yr old girl, torturing animals with his brother for fun, is Father schools Matt's brother for riding a motorcycle without a helmet and Matt and his brother proceeded to beat the shit out of the father and later threatened to throw their mother out of a window. Matt thinks this is funny, and brags about how disobedient him and his brother were all throughout their childhood including constantly breaking everything they thought they could and getting away with it, brags about how him and his brother skip the funeral of a family member and instead go out and get drunk and take a few college girls to some Palm and two of the girls died drowning in Fountain some Whirlpool that Matt brags about getting out of because God saved him but God didn't care about the two girls and apparently he felt so bad that the very next night him in his brother go out and get drunk at a house party again looking for more girls but they have no luck and instead decide to ransack the owners cabinets and fridge and when the owner confronts them asking what the fuck you doing eating on my shit? They throw the owner out the window. Matt also thinks it's funny that while in Junior College he would go out to the parking lot and tip over people's cars knowing that nobody would step up to him and do anything about it.. Did I mentioned that him and his brother molest a 13 year old 8th grade girl while they are both in college? And he brags about it for seemingly no reason.. goes to an orphanage in Mexico and somehow becomes a born again Christian and immediately goes home to his wife and starts lecturing her on all the non-Christian shit that she does how she's a horrible person then the wife remind him about all the little girls he molested when he was in college and apparently some of the girls he continued to fuck with even after they became legal period like the girl who was thirteen when he molested her the first time apparently he sexually assaulted her again when she was like 20 or 21 or something and the dude brags about it for some reason in the book repeatedly..
This she is all new to me. Are you little punk bitch got in a little hissy fit and I mentioned that I was in rehab with a cousin of his who said the dude was a fucking dick and a bully now you little punk bitch said you're right he's not an asshole blah blah blah. I don't see you little dick riding Sissy's defending the dude now
You may want to double check your info, as I googled it as well and if you get past the first response to someone who actually read the book heres what they say:
I've read the book, and believe me, it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. A lot of the stuff you're hearing is coming from haters who like to take things out of context and twist things to make them sound worse than they are.
Yes, Mark and Matt once beat up their father. But, he wasn't bragging about it, and it wasn't because he wanted one of them to wear a helmet. They beat him up because he was a neglectful, abusive douche who was tearing their family apart. He regularly verbally (and although not mentioned, probably physically) abused their mother in front of them all the time. He was a lousy person who was making their family suffer.
No, Matt did not have sexual relations with a little girl. His brother, Mark, made out with her, but made just had a crush on her his whole life. A "girl next door" type of situation. He ended up marrying her.
Matt and Mark never threw anyone out the window. I once heard someone say that the book says he threw his mother out the window, too. All I can do is laugh, because none of that is anywhere in the book.
I also heard someone say that Matt says in his book, "Randy Couture is the best person I know at acting like something he isn't." Guess what? That's nowhere in the book. Complete lies by Hughes haters.
It's an interesting read. As long as you're not a Hughes hater, he doesn't look like a villain in the book. Sure, he's a d--- at times, but it's not as bad as everyone makes it seem.
