The guy eats like a bird, I remember I saw an interview with him I think it may have been Ric's Corner, where he said he eats egg whites and oats with a grapefruit, chicken or fish and veggies the rest of the day, and an apple for a snack.

You probably already know but Zane always had his stash. He was kinda quiet &
surly with people until he lit up & then people would say his personality would
just open up. He would become talkative & much more pleasurable to be around.
Just stories I've heard on video from people around him in the 70's.

In recent Ric Drasin interviews on youtube..Tony discusses his steroid use. Very moderate. Primobolan, Deca, Anavar cycles. But does say he hasnt used anything since the early 90's.
