First pic drug free? I'd say no. 20 pounds lighter? Maybe but he's more ripped than I remember him being so that would explain the weight difference. The second pic who can tell since you can't really see his upper body that well. His legs in the pic look like they have never seen a weight.

I vividly recall seeing him judge at least one IFBB pro contest. I'm assuming the IFBB has judges in each state to save on the costs of flying them around, but I seem to recall Mike Katz present more often.

Presumably, he has "seniority".

mike had a really strange physique...tall, big chest huge Rib cage long thin looking arms and wide waist decent back and bugger all quads one of the weirdest looking physiques of the 1970s-80s
