And, the reason has been explained.

It's got nothing to do with your political ideologies.
You have been caught innumerable times deleting other people's posts in threads you start - a "left-over" function Ron erroneously experimented with years ago for certain members on certain boards. It was PROVEN that you've been deleting posts on this board that you either disagree with, can't defend, don't like, or any combination thereof.

There was an older kid in my junior high school like that.  He was the best on the team.  The coach would bring him out in front and have him demonstrate how to do things.

He goes to high school and gets cut from the freshman team.

It was pretty shocking when we all heard about it.  Kind of wild.

Thanks for the thoughtful pro/con words on me and my posting . I've enjoyed a lot of the interaction.
By my own choice, I spent far too much time on this forum.
C'mon now, most of the regular posters are Trump supporters.
They never wanted to hear from a "never Trumper" like me.

In your b-ball analogy, you infer I was guilty of flipping off everyone and being an obnoxious asshole.
At least , I try to be funny or polite. Compare that to the steady stream or insults and ridicule directed to me.

I know my views but unlike some go out of my way to seek out alternate opinions.
I did learn a few insights, but the tribal bias drowned out the dialogue.
The Trumpers scream at the liberals and vice-versa. Thus, nobody is listening .
I did my best to provide a counter narrative, despite the barrage of insults.

Yes, I could get annoyed but it was brief and I laughed off most of it.

I'd by lying if I didn't say the negative banter wore on me.
I leave here with few positive  thoughts  or feelings on the majority of forum members.
It's long been obvious what most here think of me. Thus, you need not reply.

So, I edited it down to the bare minimum and left it at that.
I was never a mod and can only  delete/edit my own posts ( like everyone else).

It was interesting to interact with different political views.

Ya know, I've been active on getbig since it started almost 20 years ago.

I've met Ron a few times at contests and interacted with him, but it's been years since we last spoke.
He's a good man and I won't bother him with this silly issue.
I've only met 4 getbiggers in 19 yrs ,so I have no idea who most posters really  are.
 I can't be too offended by those I'll never meet or even talk to.

It's gotten too annoying (for me) to have meaningful political debate at this point.
That's life on any forum LOL. I leave the politics board with no hard feelings .
Thanks to all of you who tried to have some meaningful debate or posted funny stuff.

Lastly, I'm predicting the dems will win back the house in 2018 and Trump will resign before his full term in office.
