It may, however, be of some consolation to know that the decision was purely tactical and not in any way a denunciation of your character. They just (accurately) believed that I would attract a higher calibre of woman than the salacious harridans you are known to associate with. I am sure that you will be more than welcome at next year's outing, and I look forward to meeting you then. |
