'95 was a good year for Coleman.

Wasn't he claiming natty here? Or first year discovering steroids?

Ronnie never claimed natty. People were confused back in the 90s with another bodybuilder "Ron Coleman" same name that claimed he was natural.

Yes it was. 230-235 pounds of muscle in '95. He'd blow up in '96, but '95 was a huge step up from '94.

Ronnie claimed natural during a 2004 radio interview, among other places.  So yes, he did claim natural for sure.  It was annoying, because at times he did it Mike O'Hearn style - by interjecting the information about his being natural.  It's one thing to claim natural when asked.  It is another matter entirely too claim to be natural when no one asked.  :-\

Bro Ronnie perpetuated the myth that he turned pro natural.

Obviously he was a law enforcement official and couldn't advertise he was using steroids but he always said he was drug free.

Alcatraz Ron Colman sucks btw.

All of these guys are all full of shit Ronnie, ohearn, mike Ashley, etc

Even sadder is there are people that actually believe they were/are natural too and will defend them  ::)

Ronnie also did that Tom Platz interview where he says a lot about what he used. Sure his face was covered but it's obvious to anyone involved in BBing it's Ronnie within 2 seconds.

So he's not like some of the others like O'Hearn.

Looking at those pics, wow Ronnie was outsized by Nasser hard but within 3 years was at least equal. Even in 1996 he was close to Nasser for size compared to here.
