The PD the patient works for said this:

Quote
The Rigby Police Department would like to thank the nurse involved and hospital staff for standing firm, and protecting Officer Gray’s rights as a patient and victim.

Lmao, exactly WTF did Payne think he was up to at that time?  Which Fantasyland Game was he playing in his head, when it all caught up with him?

 ???

^ To be completely fair, they don't make it clear that it was due to his comments about showing preferential treatment to other locations (because his feelings were hurt).

Still totally messed up, though.  He shouldn't be doing that work.

there should be a law on hiring practices by the police department around the country....it seems like most of these Cops have less then a high school diploma and are deprived of common senses.....I guess if you failed your GED twice, you can always become a cop......

I'd be surprised if there were many without a diploma. Most major departments require some college. My old department until recently required an associates.
