he was basically the only one to state the truth, that i did in fact gain a decent amount of quality lean dry muscle

all my haterz keep trying to convince me i gained nothing, talk about delusional

im basically a master of manipulation physically, mentally and psychologically thats what happens when you are a highly intelligent narcissist  Cool Grin

when i had the prized pecs i was a buck 54 with 14 1/3 inch arms and later when i focused on arms i was a buck 52 with 15 1/2 inch arms so i was 2 pounds lighter at the same bodyfat level 5% bit i added over an inch to each arm FACT

now i wanna see if i can get my arms to over 16 inches @ 5% bodyfat not weighing more than a buck 60

btw, ill start off training arms every day on a 2 a day cycle

first sess will be tris then ill come back at evening and hit bis

its not about load, its about intensity and fatigue

ill train chest, delt, back, leg 😚 whenever i feel like it

probably do update pics every 7 days

just took my first pill a few hours ago 😜

From what you believe it is obvious to me that you don't understand hypertrophy. There has to be some progression re load plus sufficient time under tension with sufficient intensity. Twice a day frequency? if you are not an expert you will have no idea what to do so end up doing crazy things instead of what is most effective. i post prescriptions because I know what works. Since you are not an expert you can't appreciate a true theory or method when you see one.

There should be no shame not understanding hypertrophy. What you posted is false and will not lead to maximum hypertrophy for you. You literally have no idea what to do. I can predict you can't gain much size using your ideas.
