lol at people thinking supplements work.

It's interesting how people compartmentalize their beliefs.

If someone told you they had a treatment for X illness, but its never been tested by RCT's, you wouldn't believe the treatment to work, nor would you accept the treatment. Nor should you, as there is no demonstrable evidence that the treatment works. Obviously, a randomized control clinical trial is needed in order to demonstrate that the treatment is effective.

Yet, people believe, with zero evidence, that supplements work, despite the lack of RCT's ever demonstrating their effectiveness. Basically, when it comes to the effectiveness of supplements, people throw out all logic.  Huh Huh Huh

I guess that is the issue, most people don't have time to follow a good balanced diet.
thats right they eat 300-400gms protein a day and mountains of rice and potatoes.

Just eat normal food FFS

Agreed. It doesn't seem too hard to eat a relatively balanced diet. Of course, its never going to be perfect, but come on, it's not that difficult.

For most people, it would seem like they lack the needed vegetables and fruits in their diet. They have no problem loading up on meat and potatoes.
