I just front loaded a gram on saturday and i will run 1 gram every 6 days

Day 1: 500 Day 3: 250 Day 5: 250 repeat cycle

and 125 of test e every 6 days

i started at 800 test 400 deca but when i dropped the test and increased the deca i got the round full Mike Mentzer look

oh and diet stayed the same

today i had white cheese dipped in nutella for meal 1, meal 2 was fries coke double quater pounder and chicken and bacon mcwrap, meal 3 was more white chesse and nutulla and 8 waffles and candy, last meal will be peanut butter with honey and more candy lulz
