I didn't know who she was , so I clicked the link to read the story on it.
Hmmm, looking at the pic there, she looks as flat chested as a 12 yr old boy.
She claims Ben grabbed her breast.

Get Big related because this seems to indicate  Ben prefers boys?  Grin

EXCLUSIVE: Trump's Justice Department moves on Harvey Weinstein and orders FBI to open probe...

Full Title: EXCLUSIVE: Trump's Justice Department moves on Harvey Weinstein and orders FBI to open probe over fears he will 'do a Polanski'

The FBI has opened an investigation into Harvey Weinstein, DailyMail.com has exclusively learned.

DailyMail.com understands the move came at the behest of the Department of Justice, run by Donald Trump's Attorney General Jeff Sessions, which instructed the bureau to investigate the mounting allegations leveled at the movie mogul.

While it is unknown whether the DOJ order came directly from Sessions, the move is likely to be seen in a political light given Weinstein's friendship with Trump foe Hillary Clinton.

The move by the DOJ came amid rumors that Weinstein plans to head to Europe for sex rehab – leading to fears of a Roman Polanski-style situation where he dodges prosecution in the U.S.

The FBI can both look at whether he has committed any federal crimes in the U.S. and prepare extradition proceedings if he remains in Europe.

Among the allegations against Weinstein, which the FBI is expected to examine, is that he forced Lucia Evans, a student who wanted to be an actress, to perform oral sex on him in New York in 2004.

New York State has no statute of limitations on rape and criminal sexual acts - its legal term for forced oral or anal intercourse.

The Democrats cannot ignore their Harvey Weinstein problem
The Week ^ | October 11, 2017 | by Edward Morrissey
Posted on 10/11/2017, 2:06:20 PM by Oldeconomybuyer

For more than 25 years, Harvey Weinstein was a prolific fundraiser for the Democratic Party leadership. When the time came for that leadership to respond to a flurry of allegations of sexual assault and harassment by Weinstein, it became apparent that either Weinstein had invested poorly — or all too well.

Weinstein was a very real part of the political life of the two families most identified with Democratic Party leadership. The Clintons held social events and fundraisers with the Hollywood executive for years; one bash in June 2016 raised more than $1.8 million for her presidential run. The Obamas sent their daughter Malia to intern for Weinstein's company last year.

Weinstein had indisputably ingratiated himself into the highest levels of Democratic power.

Perhaps that's why, when it all came crashing down, the two most prominent leaders of the Democratic Party over the last decade froze like deer in the headlights.

It's a demonstration of stunning political incompetence. More than that, it's a failure of leadership from the two top leaders in which the Democratic Party invested itself over the last generation. It appears that both Obama and Clinton hoped to skate past a moment of outrage without alienating a formerly powerful Hollywood ally, which demonstrates just how beholden the entire party has become to the entertainment industry for their cash and star power.

That is a big problem for the Democratic Party. If this scandal expands past Weinstein — and there are already suggestions it might — then the next generation of leadership may have to figure out how to compete without the baggage Hollywood carries. Given the party's competitive collapse over the last eight years, it's a crisis that requires more alacrity and skill than either Clinton or Obama showed over the last week.

Harvey Weinstein: police in New York and London investigating allegations
UK Guardian ^ | October 12, 2017 | James Lartey and Kevin Rawlinson
Posted on 10/12/2017, 11:54:39 AM by C19fan

Police on both sides of the Atlantic have confirmed they are investigating Harvey Weinstein as the scandal surrounding the disgraced producer deepens.

In London, the Metropolitan police are assessing a sexual abuse allegation made against him, while in his hometown of New York police are carrying out a “review” looking for new complaints against him.

Scotland Yard told the Guardian on Thursday: “The Met has been passed an allegation of sexual abuse by Merseyside police on Wednesday 11 October. The allegation will be assessed by officers from the child abuse and sexual offences command.” There is no indication the complaint relates to child abuse.

Clinton Aides Gang Up on Boyfriend of Harvey Weinstein Accuser
freebeacon.com ^ | 10-12-2017 | BY: Andrew Kugle
Posted on 10/12/2017, 1:00:17 PM by Red Badger

Current and former aides to Hillary Clinton ganged up on Anthony Bourdain on Twitter after Bourdain criticized Clinton for her delayed response to the sexual harassment allegations against Harvey Weinstein.

Clinton received criticism for initially staying silent after the New York Times reported last week that several women have accused Weinstein, the powerful Hollywood producer and Democratic mega-donor, of sexual harassment, assault, and even rape. The New Yorker subsequently published a story detailing how Italian actress Ambra Battilana Gutierrez staged a sting operation with the police, during which she secretly recorded Weinstein admitting he groped her and that he does so to other women often.

Weinstein has donated thousands of dollars to Clinton throughout her political career. He maxed out donations ($5,400) to Clinton's failed 2016 presidential campaign and gave more than $30,000 to the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee between Clinton's campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and more than 30 state Democratic parties.

The Hollywood mogul has also given at least $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

Five days after the initial Times story broke, amid growing criticism, Clinton released a statement condemning Weinstein.

"I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein," Clinton said in the statement. "The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior."

Clinton then conducted an interview with CNN's Fareed Zakaria, clips of which aired Wednesday night, in which the former presidential candidate said she would re-donate the money she received from Weinstein, but did not specify where it would go.

Bourdain, host of CNN's "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown," criticized Clinton for her tepid response on Wednesday night.

Clinton Dismisses Sexual Misconduct Claims Against Her Husband as Already ‘Litigated’

BY: David Rutz October 13, 2017 4:00 pm

Hillary Clinton on Friday dismissed claims of sexual misconduct made against her husband Bill Clinton as "litigated" and "clearly in the past" while panning Donald Trump as an admitted "sexual assaulter."

The issue arose during an interview with the BBC, where Clinton addressed the sexual abuse and harassment claims being made against Harvey Weinstein, a longtime Democratic bundler and donor, the Daily Caller reported .

"I was shocked and appalled … It was just disgusting and the stories that have come out are heartbreaking," Clinton said. "And I really commend the women who have been willing to step forward now and tell their stories."

Clinton added it was important to not just focus on him but also recognize such behavior wasn't acceptable anywhere.

"After all, we have someone admitting to being a sexual assaulter in the Oval Office," she said in reference to Trump. "There has to be a recognition that we must stand against this kind of action that is so sexist and misogynistic."

The BBC's Andrew Marr asked Clinton about the town hall debate last year where Trump invited Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, and Kathleen Willey to attend; all three women have accused her husband of various forms of sexual abuse or harassment. Broaddrick has long alleged the former president raped her in 1978.

Marr noted Clinton "dismissed" them in her book What Happened about the 2016 campaign, asking if that was a wise course of action.

"Well, yes, because that all been litigated," Clinton said. That was the subject of a huge investigation … in the late '90s, and there were conclusions drawn, and that was clearly in the past.

REVEALED: Harvey Weinstein Helped Pay for Bill Clinton’s Legal Fees During Monica Lewinsky Scandal
October 15, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 118 Comments
7.0KShare240TweetEmail
When Bill Clinton was at the height of the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal, Hollywood was by his side, offering donations for his legal fees, and one significant donor was a man who is now going through his own sex scandal—Harvey Weinstein.

More than 20 women have publicly accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, sexual assault or rape. After the New York Times and the New Yorker published in-depth stories detailing the testimonies of women who have been abused by Weinstein—and in many cases, paid off with airtight non-disclosure agreements—the stories have continued to come to light.

Former President Bill Clinton is no stranger to sex scandals. The scandal that received the most media attention came about in the late 1990s after former Arkansas state employee Paul Jones filed a civil lawsuit against him for sexual harassment when he was the state’s governor. During the discovery phase of the case, in which Jones’ legal team was searching for Clinton’s inappropriate relationships, the name of a White House intern surfaced: Monica Lewinsky.

In August 1998, a report from the Washington Post noted that Clinton was being accused of perjury and obstruction of justice regarding his testimony about his conduct with Lewinsky. At the same time, influential members of Hollywood were coming to Clinton’s defense.

The report noted that according to Clinton’s legal defense fund, a total of more than $2.2 million was raised in six months, which was notably more than was collected in funding during the previous four years of his presidency—combined.

“Hollywood was quick to come to the president’s aid. Among the 62 donors giving the maximum $10,000 were performers and directors such as Tom Hanks, Barbra Streisand, Michael Douglas, Ron Howard, Norman Lear, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw-Spielberg as well as studio executives Jeffrey Katzenberg, David Geffen,Harvey Weinstein and Bud Yorkin.”
