Good to see him looking still buff but at what appears to be a more sustainable/healthy bodyweight just yesterday

Anyone know if he had any reason to downsize - like a health scare maybe - or did he just figure the time was right to retire with all the other events the last couple of years..?

Hahaha - no, that's not quite what I meant. Of course the sensible thing to do is to dial it back - that goes without saying. I was just wondering if I'd missed something specific? A poor blood panel, maybe some chest pains, whatever...

After he didn't make the Arnold Classic last year, he started dropping weight, he took most of 2021 off after that -

Then he started adding back size. He's in that post Olympia Jay Cutler zone, where he's keeping enough size so it wouldn't be too challenging to get back into it, but still small enough that it's almost a retirement.
