What is happening in Congress is a complete obstruction from the Democrats. Not one vote for Obamacare repeal. Not one vote for tax reform. Not one vote for anything. In order for the Republican majority to pass anything they need just about a grand slam of votes. In effect the minority in congress and the Democrats are controlling the President advancement of the country. In spite of this he is winning.
