Today:

Emma had dialysis again today due to her rising creatinine levels( went from 6 to 8!!) and no improvement to her kidneys on their own or with medication. She is having a lot of edema from the fluid buildup. Emma also has pulmonary edema and is septic. She has a high fever and is receiving IV antibiotics. Your prayers are felt and appreciated, please continue to send your love and light their way. My mother is still with Emma and will be until we have a better prognosis. The donations are a literal gift of time for my mom and Emma as my mother is the breadwinner between them and is using fmla to be there and not earning an income. I know its hard for some to donate to an addict but I want you to know we are not feeding an addiction but rather lifting a family in a time of literal dire need. If you have children I know you know the pain my mother feels. I know that my heart would ache with immense pain to see my daughter in this condition despite the actions that led her to deaths door. We will deal with those when the time is right. In the meantime, I know she can worry less because of your donations and prayers. Thank you for all the kind words of love and support for my sister that have been left on here and for everyone who has visited and shined light on her day. I considered posting pictures but I dont want to disturb those faint of heart and I know Emma has shared some on her social media.
